Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
A simple yet flavorful side dish, crispy Parmesan roasted cauliflower is golden, cheesy, and irresistibly crunchy.

Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil in a large bowl until well coated.
- Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to distribute evenly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs (if using) over the cauliflower and toss again.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
